Board Room VA gladly welcomes private parties, from 5 people up to 200. We offer a wide variety of options to host events including birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, corporate team building, or sports groups. Unfortunately, we are unable to take regular table reservations during our prime hours (only private party room rentals) and operate strictly on a first-come-first-serve basis. However, we do have a few private party areas which can be rented out, and if you are interested in that please fill out the form below to see about cost and availability. We also offer a full catering menu (located under the “Food” tab above).

The Tap Room/Brewery Bar
Located in our brewery area, the Tap Room can accommodate up to 50-75 people. The private area boasts its own dedicated bar and brewing tanks that provide a perfect backdrop for a beer tasting event.
The Chairman’s Lounge
The Chairman’s Lounge is a comfortable, elegant private room that can accommodate up to 25 people. It has banquets as well as tables that can be arranged to accommodate your needs.
The Board Room
For large events the entire Board Room can be reserved at certain times. We can comfortably accommodate 175 seated patrons and up to 300 total using our inside and outside areas. Please contact us to discuss your exact needs.
Ms. Peacock’s Champagne Lounge
The main room of the Champagne Lounge has intimate, elegant seating for 40 and the secret bookcase door to the Chairman’s Lounge can be opened to enable up to 60 people to enjoy the Champagne Lounge inside. Please contact us to see if the entire lounge can be reserved. MsPeacocksChampagne.com
